This LEED certified home is sited on a large sloping, wooded in-town lot. The 4 bedroom/ 3.5 bath home has geothermal heating & cooling, spray foam insulation and operable energy efficient windows located to enhance cross ventilation. A large 2nd floor terrace provides views to the street and rear yard, a courtyard expands the dining room outdoors. During the site development phase of this project, several large white oaks were harvested and milled for the interior flooring material.
